All Sales Are Final Because each piece is made to order or one-of-a-kind, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at mvltw1@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• A photo of the damage

We'll make it right — either a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

Wrong Item Received If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days and we'll send the correct piece at no cost to you.

Auction Payments Auction purchases are non-refundable once payment is completed. Please bid only if you intend to purchase.
